How long does it take for my order to arrive?
After your order is entered into our system, it will be packed and delivered to the shipping company within a maximum of 4 business days. The shipping company may take 3-5 business days to deliver it to you. If there is any disruption in the process, you will be notified via email.
What is our recommended washing instruction?
Dry cleaning is recommended for all our products.
What is our return and exchange procedure?
Our return/exchange period is 15 days for all products. This process can only be done through the purchasing platform. To initiate a return/exchange for online purchases, you can send your request email to contact@nice-elements.com Once your email is confirmed, you can send the product to the address provided, with the shipping cost being your responsibility.
After we receive your product, we can either refund your payment to the card you used or process an exchange by paying the price difference for the product you want to exchange.
Under which conditions are returns/exchanges not accepted?
- For the products that have exceeded the 15-day purchase period.
- For the used products.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
What about the international Purchases?
The Turkish Lira prices and shipping conditions specified on the website are only valid for purchases within Turkey. For international purchases, prices will be invoiced based on the prices set for that region, and freight and all customs expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer.
